At Intersol Global we have seen the impact that investigations and conduct processes can have on the mental health and wellbeing of those involved and we are passionate about supporting people by providing robust, quality, trauma informed services.

There is no need for people to suffer or be traumatised by these processes, therefore, we are committed to working with and supporting organisations to provide the best investigation experience possible, including supporting those with a diagnosed mental health condition.

At Intersol Global we are developing a community for those involved in conduct and investigation, through our investigation training and qualifications, case management and bespoke consultancy,  and which all contribute to ensuring you and your organisation support the mental health and wellbeing of those affected by investigations.
